We will replace any product(s) that are damaged when originally received. In order to do so, customers must send an email to our support team at contact@shophudsonhayes.com within 3 days of receiving their order. Please include your order number in the email, as well as a photo of the damaged product(s).
We offer a refund and/or store credit within the first 30 days of your purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we will not be able to refund or honor store credit. If you are returning an item, the item must be returned unused and in the same condition you received it.
Please allow 1-3 business days for our order to be fulfilled and processed. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped.
All orders are shipped through USPS. Once you receive your email with your tracking number, you can get updates on your order by going to USPS.com and entering in your tracking number.
Please be aware of extra shipping time around holidays and sales.
NOTE:
Please make sure your address is correct before placing an order. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses. If your address is incorrect, 'Return to Sender' packages will be refunded. We are unable to reship a package that has been returned to sender.
